Criminal Mastermind Giovanni

Way after the dismantlement of the Team Rocket, Giovanni changed his identity and started a new business life away from the pokémon world, gaining more wealth and aging... but then, in his later years, something started to torment his mind more and more... death was coming... terribly scared of that fact, Giovanni used most of his fortune and funded the research of a pair of scientists whom theorized that human life can be extended indefinitely by extracting the right cells from certain types of pokémons... by doing this, you can create a drug that, when injected into the spinal cord can make the brain repair the damage of the cells caused by age.

Of course... this research is extremely unethical since in most cases the extraction of those cells cause the death of the pokémon... forcing Giovanni to keep his research team in clandestine... and to create a defence team to fight the police when needed.

And with this, Giovanni has returned to crime...
